The vehicle is rented when a contract is signed between BB Global Rent a Car d.o.o. and the Rental User. The person renting the vehicle must have a minimum of 21 years of age and 2 years of driving experience. When taking over the vehicle, the buyer should have a valid driver’s license and ID card (or passport). Penalties and additional administrative prohibitions resulting from violations of any article of the Traffic Law of the Republic of Serbia during the rental period shall be borne exclusively by the RENTAL USER. The rented vehicle can be used only for own needs and may not be rented or lent to a third party. The vehicle must not be loaded with passengers or objects beyond the permitted maximum weight. To leave the country, a written authorization issued by BB Global Rent a Car d.o.o. is required. to cross the border.

The minimum rental duration is one day (24h). At the end of the rental BB Global Ren a Car d.o.o. allows an additional period of 60 minutes (1 hour) for the return of the vehicle after the agreed time which is not charged. After 60 minutes (1 hour), the enabled period expires, and the Rental User will be charged the entire next day. The user can change, only with the approval of BB Global Ren a Car d.o.o. place of return of the vehicle and / or time of renting the vehicle.

The daily rental price includes fully comprehensive vehicle insurance. The rental price does not include fuel costs.

VISA, VISA Elektron, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO and DINACARD, current account, cash. Payment is made in dinars at the valid middle exchange rate on the day of payment of the National Bank of Serbia.

Mandatory guarantee deposit on payment or credit cards. Cash deposits by arrangement.

The rented vehicle is insured against damage to a third party in accordance with Serbian law, and the documents related to that are in the car. In case of damage to the rented vehicle, a police report is required. In case of theft of a rented vehicle, a police report is required. When reporting the theft, the user must have complete documentation (traffic license, lease agreement,…) and the original key. Casco insurance does not cover damage to the tires and wheels of the vehicle, the steering mechanism, the crankcase of the vehicle, key loss and damage to the interior of the vehicle. In case of loss of the key, the user of the vehicle (client), bears the costs of making new keys, and replacing all locks on the rented vehicle. Casco insurance does not cover damage caused by: In the event that the vehicle was driven by a person who is not authorized by the driving contract by BB Global Rent a Car d.o.o .; Damage caused by gross violation of traffic regulations (violent driving), red light, double solid line, overtaking in the tunnel, driving under the influence of alcohol and under the influence of narcotics. The Client undertakes to bear all possible costs incurred by non-compliance with the above provisions.

• The insurance is valid only with the police record
• The insurance does not cover damage to the tires and crankcase of the vehicle
• The insurance is not valid if the vehicle was driven by a person who is not on the contract
• The insurance is not valid if the vehicle was driven by a person under the influence of alcohol and narcotics
• In case of a dispute, the court in Belgrade has jurisdiction
